Biography 

Colton Callahan (b. 1992) raised in Topanga, California currently based in San Francisco. Graduated from San Francisco Art Institute 2014 with a BFA in Painting and a minor in Printmaking.

Colton Callahan’s work focuses on the odd ephemeral moments of day to day life. Obsessively observing people and their interactions, his work highlights the strange, humorous, sometimes-grotesque characters we see in human life. Through the medium of paint, he logs his memories through an expressionistic scope, allowing his hand’s fanatic tendencies to inform these works.
